I know this is a bit of a "how big is a tree?" question, but:

Does anyone have a preferred FM sol for maintaining a customer list,
invoicing, and billing (snail-mail / email)? It's a very limited
number of SKU's (10ish) with currently about 1K customers (should be
able to scale to 3K, tho), all repeat on a somewhat regular basis:
bottled water delivery service. Either 'out of the box' or something
previously done that could be modified are perfectly welcome. Hand-
holding of a pseudo-developer (me) as last resort... trust me ;-)

We need to be able to schedule a delivery, create the invoice, create
a driver's list, and track subsequent payments. Bonus points for
predictive suggestion ("Customer ABC should be ready for a delivery
next week - send an email/make a phonecall"), creating a mapped route
of a found set of deliveries (Ontario, Canada), and the ability to
send merge newsletters, etc.

Sounds easy when you write it like this, but I have been working a bit
now and then on this and getting basically nowhere... it may be time
to spend some $. Also, I have some development abilities (limited,
but some)... but the day-to-day users are definitely not 'geek' in
orientation, so it really needs to be rather linear.

Any and all suggestions eagerly sought ;-)
