As a test for storing PDF’s in FileMaker, I created a layout with a single container field on it and some function buttons right underneath the container field. I sized the container field to 8.5 x 11.

When I switch to Browse mode, the container field becomes another third or so larger than what I had set in layout mode, and as such covers up my buttons below the container field.

What is going on here? Is this a bug, or something I’m not understanding?
