Maximum Value for list of numbers
I need a function or method for determining the maximum value from a list of calculated numbers.
Example input: 2, 6, -14, 1
Correct output: 6
I found a function on Brian Dunning's site that almost does this, but it converts negative numbers to positives, incorrectly returning 14 instead of the correct value of 6.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
Thanks,
