Security issue - External authentication
Hi all,
I feel like I'm chasing ghosts on this one - hope you can help
this is the setting.
Windows Small business server 2003 - FileMaker Pro Server 10 (no
advanced)
All machines in network are windows XP / FileMaker 10
We are using external authentication to manage security
There are several user groups and some users belong to serveral
groups. The 'group order' in the FileMaker security settings is
managed minitously and has not been changed over a long period of time.
This has been working perfectly for more than a year now.
now, after restarting the FileMaker Server - (no changes in the
database or security settings) suddenly people get other rights (read,
can't do things they used to previously)
Anyone out there that had similar problems and managed to solve
them, ... ?
